Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MoonshotFlows ("MoonshotFlows", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the moonshotflows.net website, dashboard, content, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational use only — not financial advice

MoonshotFlows provides derived, delayed, educational market-structure and dealer-exposure information. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, option, or other instrument. The levels and context we present are descriptive, not predictive. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment.

2. No raw market-data redistribution

The Service displays only abstracted, normalized, and delayed levels and context. We do not provide raw options chains, real-time quotes, bid/ask data, or per-strike notional data. You may not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative data products from the outputs of the Service, whether manually or by automated means.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. You may change or cancel your plan from the Account page. Cancelling stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Free tier and email signup

We may offer a free tier and an email list. By submitting your email you consent to receive the messages described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data, except where such restriction is prohibited by law; (c) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; or (d) use bots or automated systems to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, design, and the derived analytics it produces, is owned by MoonshotFlows and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonshotFlows and its operators will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoonshotFlows and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 1, 2, 7, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute not subject to binding arbitration where applicable.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
