  • Subscription and billing information — when you purchase a paid plan, processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, subscription, and email preferences.
  • To deliver the dealer-exposure levels, dashboard, and educational content you request or subscribe to.
  • To send service notices and — only where permitted — product updates and marketing, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vetted providers strictly to run the Service, including:

  • beehiiv — email list management and delivery.
  • Vercel — website and application hosting.
  • Cloudflare — domain, DNS, and email routing for our contact addresses.
  • Our payment processor — to handle paid subscriptions when paid plans are active.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not publish raw options chains, quotes, or per-strike data — only derived, delayed, abstracted levels.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working and to understand aggregate usage. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and email information for as long as your account or subscription is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
